ordering a $70 plush for it to arrive unwrapped in protective plastic inside a basic poly mailer is insane. one rip and this plush would've been destroyed. disappointed to say the least in the shipping practices for expensive soft items
FSFAO Schwarz2 weeks agoHi Corrin, we are so sorry to hear you were disappointed with the packaging for your order! This is our standard packaging for plush items, as they are not fragile or delicate so they do not require rigid packaging, such as a box. We are glad to hear that you received your item successfully without any damages, despite being disappointed in the packaging.
