Due to popular demand, in order to visit the Jellycat Diner Experience you are required to make a reservation ahead of time.
For the Deluxe Beauty Experience within the FAO-Abulous Boutique, we can accommodate walk-ins on a first come, first served basis, however, for your convenience, also offer the ability to make a reservation in advance.

Deluxe Beauty Experience
At the FAO-Abulous Boutique, young glamouristas are invited to create their own dream makeup collection. You can make it yours by choosing from a wide selection of eyeshadows, blushes, lipsticks, lip glosses, and nail polishes.
For those seeking their moment in the spotlight, the Deluxe Beauty Experience offers a glamourous upgrade. As well as creating your customized kit, enjoy a mini in-store makeover and makeup tutorial with one of our FAO-Abulous Makeup Artists. Glamour awaits at the FAO-Abulous Boutique! For the Deluxe Beauty Experience, reservations are recommended, but not required, as we do accept walk-ins on a first come, first served basis.

With a menu full of delectable dishes, we have something for everyone. Now serving an exclusive menu, only at FAO Schwarz, 30 Rock , including Amuseables Breck Hot Dog, Amuseables Cristuff Pizza, Amuseables McKenna Burger and Amuseables Rustic Fries!
Each experience includes a Jellycat Amuseables plush food item, an exclusive enamel pin, exclusive sticker set, gift packaging, personalized sticker, and a reusable tote bag. Order up!
Your to-go order is lovingly prepared by our diner team and is served in your very own personalized packaging.

Rush Reservations’ at The Jellycat Diner – Launching 9/20 at 9am in person.
If you weren’t able to grab a reservation during the regular release, there’s still a chance to place your order! Starting 9/20, we will be offering up to 40 ‘Rush Reservations’ each day.
You can book these reservation slots starting at 9am in person at the Diner Entrance to FAO Schwarz, located on 49th St. between 5th & 6th Avenues.
One of our Diner team will be ready to share the available reservation times for that day.
Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and space is limited– so we recommend arriving early to secure your spot!
