The Toy Soldier Tour
Enjoy a magical 1 hour tour hosted by our world-famous Toy Soldier at our New York City Flagship. During your experience you'll be welcomed into our world of wonder to learn about our history, raid the FAO Schweetz Candy Bar, and receive a plush souvenir!

Personal Shopping
Join us in store for a personal shopping experience where you will get treated like the VIP that you are by skipping the lines and getting private access to our new VIP Suite. You will be accompanied by a personal shopper who will give you expertly tailored toy and gift recommendations for all the children in your life as well as taking care of any shipping needs so you have an easy journey home.
If you are too busy to leave the office to shop this holiday or unsure of the hottest toy trends, we’ve got you covered! Just email us a brief description of the children you are shopping for, their interests and your budget and we will send you some handpicked options to choose from. Once you make your purchase, we will have your package out the door within 24-48 hours.

Dinner with a Toy Solider
Enjoy a magical 2.5 hour dinner and shopping experience hosted by one of our world-famous Toy Soldiers in our New York City flagship. During your exclusive experience you'll be treated to a delicious meal at our grand piano, an interactive magic show, an epic candy raid, and personal shopping. At the end of the night, you will leave with a bag of our iconic FAO goodies and endless memories!

Birthday Parties
Make your children and all their friend’s dreams come true with a birthday party at our famous piano. The party will be hosted by one of our Toy Soldiers and will be filled with endless fun for everyone!

If you’re looking for a unique and over-the-top experience for your next special occasion, look no further than our 20,000 sq ft store in the heart of Rockefeller Center. Our magical space can be transformed for anniversaries, baby showers, mitzvahs, child/adult birthdays, engagements, fundraisers, and any other milestone celebrations. Our catering partner will create a food and cocktail menu that fits all your needs. We offer both full and partial rental of space.
