Bike is lovely but after paying almost $500 for it after you include taxes and shipping, I would have expected better customer service from FAO Schwarz. Shipping took almost one week despite it being shown as in stock on the site. Also, we received a defective training wheel and I received no response when contacting FAO Schwarz customer service over email. For the price paid, this is disappointing. In the interim, I contacted the manufacturer directly and, not only they responded in a timely manner, the have already shipped a replacement wheel. All while still waiting for FAO Schwarz to get back to me. All in all, I would purchase a Banwood bike again but not from this seller
