Holiday Shipping

Order Date Recommendations:
Due to the high volume of e-commerce orders during the holiday season, all major shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) are advising that there could be unexpected delays. The recommendations below are based on carrier-approved cut-off dates; however, there may be unforeseen delays due to overloaded shipping networks and staffing issues. We highly recommend ordering early this season!

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery before holiday celebrations for orders placed after the below recommended dates.

Hanukkah:
For delivery by Wednesday 12/25/24, we recommend placing all orders by the following dates:

Ground Shipping: Tuesday, 12/17/24 before 12:00 PM EST
Express Shipping: Friday, 12/20/24 before 12:00 PM EST

Christmas:
For delivery by Wednesday 12/25/24, we recommend placing all orders by the following dates:

Ground Shipping: Tuesday, 12/17/24 before 12:00 PM EST
Express Shipping: Friday, 12/20/24 before 12:00 PM EST

Special Considerations:
Items may run out of inventory during the busy holiday season. If we no longer have an item you purchased in stock, you will be notified and refunded. You should place your orders early to avoid missing out on great gifts this season!

General Shipping Details:
Ground shipping orders may take up to 72 hours to be processed during the holiday season. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. 

Express shipping orders placed before 12PM EST, should ship same day. Express orders placed after 12PM EST will ship next business day.

Please note that due to the holiday season, order processing may face delays and take longer than usual. Our warehouse team is diligently working to get all orders out on time, but unforeseen delays may occur. 

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and/or national holidays.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Free Shipping Over $100*:
We currently offer free ground shipping on orders over $100. Oversize or additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to their size and weight, regardless of the purchase amount. The product page will denote if an item is excluded from the free shipping promotion!

Some items from the following brands may also be excluded from free shipping: Bunnies By The Bay, CAT, Claris in Paris, Kettler, Kool Karz Playground, Le Toy Van, Lucio Londero, Steiff, Super 7, Tender Leaf Toys, Wonder & Wise, WS Game Company. 

Oversized Items
Some of our fantastical items are oversized and will take some additional love to get to you. We charge a flat rate shipping fee, ranging from $200-$350 for each oversized item on order. These items do not qualify for free shipping.
