Enjoy a magical behind-the-scenes experience hosted by one of our world-famous Toy Soldiers in our New York City flagship. Your tour will begin prior to store opening, where you'll be welcomed into the world of wonder to learn about our history, raid the FAO Schwarz Candy Bar, have private access to dance on our grand piano, and receive an FAO souvenir for each child!

Personal Shopping
Join us in store for a personal shopping experience where you will get treated like the VIP that you are by skipping the lines and getting private access to our new VIP Suite. You will be accompanied by a personal shopper who will give you expertly tailored toy and gift recommendations for all the children in your life as well as taking care of any shipping needs so you have an easy journey home.
Toy Soldier Dinner
Step into a world of wonder with a magical 2.5-hour dinner and shopping experience at our iconic New York City flagship, hosted by one of our world-famous Toy Soldiers. Your unforgettable evening begins with a delicious meal at our grand piano, followed by an interactive magic show and an epic candy raid sure to delight kids and adults alike. After dinner, enjoy a personalized shopping experience led by your very own expert guide, who will help you find the perfect gifts for every child on your list—and even handle all the shipping, so you can head home stress-free.
