    Defective

    The right ear of the dog was stitched wrong.

    Did not match the left ear.

    The ‘fur’ on the right ear was stitched up so there did not appear to have any hair in that area.

    Same with the snout.

    Very poor quality stitching. Obviously no quality control.

    Very disappointed in this prestigious toy store.
