Sacha Snow Tiger Really Big

This was my initial shopping experience with FAO Schwarz and quite frankly, not too thrilled about it. First off, it took the maximum of three days to process - which although wasn’t a major deal although for a company of their stature and size, I thought it might take a bit of a lesser time. While not a dealbreaker, although this was ordered as a gift. What WAS a dealbreaker was how the tiger was just thrown into the box with NO proper packaging material. It was extremely careless to say the least. For the amount paid and for a reputable company like theirs, I would say this was extremely disappointing and I would chalk this as a lesson learned - never ordering from them again.
