Two decades after the Barbie Polaroid camera was first released in 1999, Retrospekt is proud to bring the two iconic brands back together again. With this new collaboration, Retrospekt pairs original Polaroid 600 instant camera internals with a bold, Barbie-themed exterior based on the graphics and colors of the original Barbie Polaroid camera from the dawn of the new millennium.

Crafted from refurbished, vintage Polaroid internal components, this camera is built to last. Our refurbishment process ensures that each camera is thoroughly inspected and repaired as needed to ensure the highest quality and durability. This camera is not just a pretty face, but also a reliable and fully functional piece of photography equipment that will stand the test of time.

In addition to its high quality and durability, this camera is also eco-friendly. By refurbishing and repurposing vintage Polaroid components, we are helping to reduce electronic waste and promote sustainability.

This is a new custom camera built from refurbished, vintage Polaroid internal components housed in a newly-molded exterior — designed and built by Retrospekt and officially licensed by Polaroid.

• Care Instructions: As needed, wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened slightly with clean water (do not use chemical cleaners of any kind). We recommend cleaning your camera's developer spread rollers every 2-3 packs of film to help prevent visible film defects. Allow the rollers to fully dry before using your camera again.
